A Holanda é um país maluco. Usam a cor laranja sem tê-la em sua bandeira (embora fosse a cor oficial de seu império, assim como a azul na Itália, o verde na Alemanha, o rosa na Dinamarca, o azul na Espanha e assim por diante – por que fizeram bandeiras sem serem as cores oficiais de vossas pátrias? Depois nós, portugueses que somos portugueses, sem é que me entende). Construíram o país fazendo discks para segurar a água do oceano para expandir o país, sendo o único país abaixo do nível do mar, também chamado de países baixos (não tem como não lembrar deles quando o gajo toma uma bolada na zona do agrião). Asylum 45 é o primeiro lançamento oficial após a demo My Obsession de 2001. O Non Divine é Moderno demais em alguns momentos, o que pode afastar algum ouvinte casual mais radical, mas basta prestar atenção nas harmonias, melodias e ‘groove’ trazidos pela banda. Man, One Soul lembra Dark Tranquility, New Die-Hard Vampire lembra Pantera. Mended Doll é quase Gótica e Visions, comercial. Parece uma grande salada de gêneros musicais, mas quando se tem contato com o trabalho do grupo, percebe-se que tudo isso são apenas influências, que quando misturadas formam a grande personalidade do Non Divine. Asylum 45 é um álbum conceitual, onde cada música conta a história de um paciente de uma clínica psiquiátrica, cada um com diferentes emoções e sentimentos, representados pela música da banda. Um trabalho excelente, ainda mais se lembrarmos que este é apenas seu primeiro disco, em que quanto maior o contato com sua musicalidade mais se aprecia as faixas e mais fundo nos adentramos em sua personalidade! Mesmo assim, os radicais vão torcer o nariz.
