After winning the Aardschok Metal Bash in 2005 and playing on lots of festivals and supporting bands like “Murderdolls”, “ After Forever ”, “Dio” and after seeing Non-Divine live several times I was expecting a lot of the debut album “Asylum 45”. For those who don’t know Non-Divine , you cannot compare Non-Divine with an other metalband, but try to make a mix of Metallica, Nickelback, Queensryche and Dream Theater, I think that you come close the Non-Divine sound.
This long expected detum album is released during a great release party in the Non-Divine hometown Arnhem . During this show the band also released their first video clip for the song ”One Man One Soul”, check out this video on Non-Divine.com
This strong debut album is also an concept album. Every song contains the story of a patient in a mental hospital. The music of every song is written in the sphere of the song and the catchy voice of vocalist Ivor van Beek makes sure that the song, the entire album graps you and doesn’t let you go, you will be surrounded in a special kind of madness. … the Non-Divine madness.
